Ok, so there is this site called Serbiinet, that lists items, and where u get them. (just go to google and type in Pokemon Heart Gold & Soul Silver – Item list, and it’ll say it is from serbiinet.) on that page there is a whole bunch of stuf, and some says u can get them from pokegear phone calls. for example the thunderstone (under evolution inducing items) it says u can get it from, (jhoto) National park (come first in bug catching contest,) and route 38 (pokegear phone call). I got a phonecall, and i didnt get anything picking up on the dowsing mchn, not with a pokemon with ability pick up! how do i do this?!?! thx sooo much 4 helping me out!
Thx sooooooo much megan bull! honestly i was hoping i just didnt find it the right way, so i wouldn’t hav 2 wait 4 a long time, but now at least i wont go not knowing anymore! =D
it says pokegear phone call because if you battle someone in that route and they give you their number they might find an item for you
note this only works if they say they will keep any items they find for you.
if they call you and say the have an item for you then go to that route and get the item off the person you battled…
what item you get can be random.
