Just because Muslims, have done some things, doesnt mean their religion told them too. Lots of Christians have abused their wife or gambled their money away. Dont judge people based on their religion, or else that is pure racism!!

no it doesn’t say anywhere in the Quran.
I don’t know any muslim men who would do such a hateful thing…but you might have met muslim people who think its okay to abuse their wives. There so many non muslim men who are wife abusers as well.
To briefly answer your question, No Islam does not support wife abuse. Islam plays high respect on the role of women in the society.

Not only Muslim men engage in acid-throwing.
The British model, Katie Piper, is a prominent acid victim. The man who attacked Katie, her ex-boyfriend, is not a Muslim. Another example is the famous Belgian acid-attack victim, Patricia Lefranc. The man who attacked Patricia, her ex-lover, is not a Muslim.
Domestic violence is not exclusive to Muslim men, believe it or not. Muslim men are constantly targeted, and brutalized by the western media, and I’m sick of this portrayal.
Here are just a few examples of violence against women in the US alone:

Some men do it so don’t generalize. I don’t know why non-muslims look only at the bad habits of muslims. Look at their good side too…
Islam says that men are not allowed to abuse their wives. It doesn’t mean that its not permitted that all the muslim men will respect it. Muslims don’t follow at 100% on their religion. It doesn’t mean that this is forbidden that no one will do that.
